INTERNAL USE:

It is recommended to take one capsule of Xininsomnia 500 before each meal (3 times a day) on days 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28 y 29 of each month. For days 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 and 30 take one ampoule of Xininsomnia 1000 during the day. Repeat treatment during 3 months. Results are amazing. Ampoules and capsules have different compounds and must be used mixed as indicated.
