"the cable works as far as connecting my MacBook Pro to a KVM switch (and to the monitor), but causes a lot of noise when running sound via USB to a Focusrite audio interface at the same time. After much troubleshooting, the sound only goes away when I unplug this cable. The noise isn't necessarily a deal breaker, but I need the 2nd monitor for audio production and this much noise interference is less than ideal. I will be trying other similar cables to see if I can find one that doesn't do this."
