"Exactly as described, and worked perfectly to join to male-end VGA cables together. I had a little trouble getting the securing thumbscrews from one of the cable plugs; those screws seemed shorter than average and didn't reach the nuts on this adapter. But I'm pretty sure that was the fault of the cable. I simply loosened the nuts and backed them out a little bit, and everything worked out just fine."
