In March this year, Tancredo, an old customer from Italy, emailed me: Can you complete 50 non-standard customized hydraulic cartridge relief valves in 30 days and the valve hole accuracy within 1μm? I guess he ran into a wall when purchasing hydraulic cartridge relief valves from other hydraulic cartridge manufacturers. In the second half of last year, they developed a high-precision hydraulic pipe pressing machine, which requires the use of hydraulic cartridge relief valves. Due to time constraints, they chose samples from local hydraulic valve manufacturers, but the equipment debugging was not smooth. The pipe pressing accuracy of the hydraulic pipe pressing machine is not up to the standard, because the accuracy of the valve hole of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve exceeds 1.0μm. There is leakage. However, the manufacturer of the original hydraulic cartridge relief valve reported that there was no time to sample again and returned the development cost. The time was wasted for more than a month. Tancredo was dumbfounded.

Tancredo had to try overseas hydraulic valve manufacturers, and this was why he emailed me. The hydraulic cartridge relief valve with 1.0μm hole accuracy is a big challenge for most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers, but AAK is confident to complete 50 non-standard customized hydraulic cartridge relief valves within 30 days. Four weeks later, 50 non-standard customized valves were sent out. Two weeks later, Tancredo emailed that their engineers were satisfied with the dimensional accuracy of the hydraulic pipe pressing machine installed with AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valves.
