Hydraulic Directional Control Valve for chemical use and anti-corrosion over 1 y

I told him that stainless steel needs to be used to replace traditional carbon steel in the production of valve bodies, but the difficulty of cutting stainless steel is high, the cutting temperature is high, and the tool life is short. Not only is efficiency low, but the surface accuracy of the valve cage is also a major obstacle. Most hydraulic valve manufacturers in China may consider using stainless steel to produce valve bodies, but they cannot master the processing efficiency and accuracy and have to give up. Our suggestion may have given Vladilen hope, he directly requested AAK to make samples. After 50 days, AAK sent out 30 samples of hydraulic directional control valves with stainless steel valve bodies.

Last week, Vladilen placed his first order for 500 hydraulic directional control valves. Their engineers are very satisfied with the accuracy of AAK samples, especially the valve hole accuracy not exceeding 2μm. The better news is that AAK hydraulic directional control valves have been recognized by their testing and can withstand corrosion for more than 1 year.
