Alcander is from Greece. At the beginning of this year, they developed a large volume hydraulic manifold that requires hydraulic valve blocks. Alcander made 5 samples from a local hydraulic valve block manufacturer, but there was leakage in the assembled hydraulic manifold. Alcander felt the dissatisfaction of his boss. After checking with other hydraulic valve block manufacturers for 3 days, none of them was able to ensure that the accuracy of the pore size of large volume hydraulic valve blocks can be controlled within ± 5μm.

Alcander searched for "China hydraulic valve block manufacturers" on Google and found the AAK hydraulic valve block on the homepage. He emailed us to inquiry: Can the hole size accuracy of large volume hydraulic valve blocks be controlled within ± 5μm? After communication, it was learned that he encountered difficulties in purchasing hydraulic valve blocks in their domestic market. According to his hydraulic valve block drawing, this model has a large volume and a weight of over 2 tons. Although there are requirements for the accuracy of the hole size, AAK not only has unique skills in processing, but the key is that after the hydraulic valve block is processed, there is a large bridge type laser coordinate measuring instrument to detect the size of each hole in the hydraulic valve block. Alcander requested AAK to make 5 samples for the hydraulic valve blocks. After the production drawings were approved, AAK completed the samples 45 days later.

Last week, Alcander informed us via email that he needs to order 100 hydraulic valve blocks. I am a bit surprised, this quantity is not small, after all, it is large volume hydraulic valve block over 2 tons, which also indicates that the hydraulic valve block of AAK sample has passed the testing. Alcander provided feedback that their engineers are satisfied with the AAK hydraulic valve blocks; especially the accuracy of the orifice has reached ± 3μm.
