Mike is a Canadian customer who has cooperated with AAK for more than 2 years, and he has been very smooth in purchasing hydraulic valves. But in May this year, he suffered a lot in purchasing this hydraulic pressure valve. The order for a hydraulic pressure valve originally supplied by an American manufacturer, was not accepted by the manufacturer due to capacity. He contacted some Chinese hydraulic pressure valve manufacturers. To his surprise, most manufacturers offered 20% more than the original American manufacturer, and two of them were about the same price as the American manufacturer, however, the surface roughness and diameter tolerance of the hydraulic pressure valve samples were not up to standard. Mike was distressed that he couldn't find a substitute for the original American hydraulic pressure valve manufacturer.

According to the drawings of the hydraulic pressure valve issued by him, AAK technical team found that the processing was really exquisite. It requires that the coaxiality and roundness of the Φ8mm/Φ9mm hole should be less than 5μm, and the Φ15mm/Φ9mm orifice should be free of burrs. To guarantee coaxiality and roundness requirements of 5μm, and keep the inner wall of the hole at 0.6μm roughness, at least 50% of valves should be scrapped according to the existing processing technology. This confirms my guess that why the quotation of domestic manufacturers is 20% higher than that of American original manufacturer.
