The economical, efficient and reliable hydraulic manifold block design convinced

Achilleas comes from a Greek hydraulic equipment company. One of their rollers was complained by users because of oil leakage. After sales personnel found that there was a large gap in the valve block used for hydraulic manifold, which was the root cause of oil leakage. After further disassembling the hydraulic manifold, it was found that there were cracks in the lower left and right corners of the valve block. They thought that the problem can be solved by replacing the valve block. However, after 2 months of construction, the old problem was happened again. The engineer asked Achilleas to consult the original hydraulic manifold manufacturer. The manufacturer was not sure why the valve block broke within 2 months. Achilleas was helpless.
Achilleas realized that he could only contact AAK for help, because he also sent the inquiry for this hydraulic manifold to AAK before. At that time, AAK proposed to modify the oil circuit and hydraulic valve selection, but it was not accepted by their engineers. I was not surprised to receive his email. At the inquiry stage last year, our engineers found that there was an energy conflict between the oil circuit aperture of the hydraulic manifold and the selected hydraulic valve, resulting in the frequent instantaneous pressure rise of the hydraulic system. In particular, the oil circuit wall thickness at the left and right lower corners of the valve block is not enough, so it is not surprising that the valve block is cracked. This time, Achilleas didn't go to their engineers to verify.
AAK redesigned the oil circuit, re selected each hydraulic valve, and sent the hydraulic manifold block sample after 30 days.
Last week, Achilleas sent an email saying that after replacing with AAK sample for such a long time, there was really no problem. Moreover, the total price was saved by 20% compared with the original one, and the customer feedback that the action sensitivity was also improved a lot. This time, even their engineer also suggested that the boss should give the design and production of the hydraulic manifold block to AAK in the future. He also wants to know why AAK is so good?
