The next day, I came to the office without breakfast. Because I can't give up, I have to be responsible for my employees. In my mind, I have a vision of the future inspiring me, and also attracting my team to work together. I don't want the whole team to be kidnapped by the "sense of responsibility", but motivated by the vision and mission. I think this is also the role of AAK's vision of hydraulic manifolds: "correct installation at one time, successful trial run at one time, and energy consumption reduction of more than 5%". Why did AAK hydraulic manifolds start? Only with the meaning of vision can we attract people with the same frequency, and our ideas can change from "I fight for you" to "we fight side by side for the common vision".
