The stability of AAK hydraulic proportional relief valve helped Sheridan's proto

Sheridan is from a hydraulic equipment company in Mexico, and has just been employed for less than a year. The hydraulic pilot operated proportional relief valve purchased some time ago fell him down. One of their hydraulic power units required Sheridan to purchase a hydraulic proportional relief valve. Sheridan worked with a hydraulic relief valve manufacturer in Ningbo who has cooperated with their company for 4 years to make samples. The equipment debugging was abnormal. When the rated flow was set to be large, the pressure was unstable. Their engineer asked to optimize the hydraulic pilot operated proportional relief valve, but the original manufacturer said that their hydraulic proportional relief valve met the accuracy and parameter requirements of the drawings, and had no solution to optimize the original design. Sheridan found AAK on Google, noticed that AAK had solved the difficult and complicated problems of hydraulic cartridge valves, and left a message to us: Can you optimize the hydraulic pilot operated proportional relief valve and ensure the pressure is stable? At the sight of such messages, I guessed that he encountered difficulties in purchasing hydraulic pilot operated proportional relief valves. According to the original design drawing and system schematic diagram provided by him, AAK engineers worked out a plan after 1 day. Sheridan asked for samples, and AAK sent samples of hydraulic proportional relief valve 40 days later.

A month later, Sheridan emailed that after replacing with AAK hydraulic proportional relief valve, the equipment was stable and had been delivered to customers for trial use. 1. The side of the main valve body is provided with a valve oil inlet and a valve oil outlet, the main valve spool is installed in the main valve body, and both ends of the main valve spool are respectively provided with damping and fixed orifices.
