As a halogen-free flame retardant, it is especially suitable for polyamide 6, polyamide 66, PET, TPE, EVA, PE, silicone rubber, epoxy resin and rubber products. It has low application cost, excellent electrical and mechanical properties and good pigmentation properties

Product Description
MCA Halogen Free Flame Retardant has obviously advantage in fire safety sector. Its characteristics of low smoke density, less toxic smoke and weak corrosion.
The highest sublimation temperature of MCA is 440℃. During the manufacturing process, it has high temperature resistance and good thermal stability.

Physical and chemical properties:

White powder, non-toxic, tasteless, creamy feeling; Insoluble in water and most organic solvents. Soluble in ethanol, formaldehyde and other organic solvents; Very stable chemical properties, weakly acidic, non-burning melamine cyanurate.

20kg/bag, using paper bags with PE inside. 10 tons in 20'GP or as your request.

Application:
Heat-welded resin: epoxy resin, phenolic resin, unsaturated resin, polyester resin, acrylic acid resin
Coating and various resin applications: fireproof coating, acrylic fireproof products, PU resin, PMMA, latex resin, adhesive
Plastic: PP, POLYOLIFIN, PET, NYLON, POM, engineering plastic, etc.
Rubber industry: various general and synthetic rubbers
Polyamide such as (polyamide 66, 6, 11, 12)
Type of polyurethanes (TPU, PU RESIN) electrical products made of TPU: switch, coupling, outer coating

Advantage:
